We use a team-based model, which means we work together, sharing a single philosophy to offer outstanding services to children and families. We are leaders in the community, regularly developing innovative treatment techniques. Weekly team meetings allow us an opportunity to staff children, sharing insights and creative positive solutions. As part of a commitment to continual learning, we attend workshops and classes to expand our skills and stimulate our thinking. Collectively, the members of our team have over 50 years of experience working with young children and their families. Each member of the team brings experience, creativity, enthusiasm, dedication, empathy, and warmth to her work.
