Our leader, Margaret H. Briggs, PhD, CCC, is a Board Recognized Specialist in Child Language and a Fellow of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the State University of New York and her PhD in educational psychology at UCLA. Margaret has served on the faculty of a number of universities, lectures internationally, and is active in our national association. She has published a number of articles, chapters, and a book describing our cutting-edge methods. She has more than 30 years of clinical experience in a wide variety of settings. Margaret is a nationally recognized expert in working with families of young children with special needs. She specializes in school-age children with language disorders and those on the autism spectrum with social communication difficulties. For fun, Margaret enjoys hiking and kayaking. |
